Potato and Leek Soup ~ served with rustic style croutons and shaved parmesan

Slow Roasted Beef ~ with a red wine gravy and tomato relish, served with roasted rosemary kipfler potatoes and balsamic glazed Mediterranean roast vegetables.

Smoked Salmon ~ on cheesy potato pancakes with a horseradish cream, served with an apple, plum and almond Waldorf salad.

Truffle Bearnaise Chicken - with roasted prosciutto wrapped asparagus and zucchini, cauliflower gratin and potato mash.
